EUROPEAN MASSAGE THERAPY SCHOOL
9440 W. Sahara Avenue, Suite 250, Las Vegas, NV 89117
The European Massage Therapy School has a Student Clinic that offers very affordable massage therapy under the supervision of their licensed massage therapists and instructors. You can get a 50-minute Swedish or deep tissue session for $30 or 80-minute session for $45. While this is a student clinic, the bodywork here is top note for the cost making it a great value. Don’t forget to tip the students as you would your normal masseuse.
Download the official Teriyaki Madness app to get discounted offers and freebies. When you join their Mad Rewards program, they will give you a free bowl. As you visit you will earn you points that you can redeem for free food or drink. For those of you that shop at Smiths, you can routinely find a 20% off coupon on the back of your receipt, and if you’re an Albertsons patron, there is frequently a buy-one-get-one bowl with purchase of 2 drinks on their self checkout receipts.
R\VEGASLOCALS WEEKLY GROCERY SAVER
What’s that weird R\ gibberish? Well, that’s what is called a subreddit on the popular Reddit discussion forum. In particular, the R\VEGASLOCALS is a forum dedicated to well, you guessed it, Vegas Locals. How it ties in to our Thrifty Vegas theme is one of the members will scour the local grocery circulars and compile a list of the good deals to be had. Here is an example for 12/11 through 12/17 that was recently posted. Not all heroes wear capes.
